Barbara's forte lies in conducting in-depth customer research and discovery, measuring and analysing results and turning them into actionable plans for clients to test and learn. She also manage social media marketing, content and analytics for a number of This is Milk clients. She test new approaches constantly; monitoring the results and audience engagement on a regular basis to build on the strategy. Previously she worked on employer branding projects to attract a new generation of employees to those companies through creative digital campaigns, below-the-line Activities, and social media.
